… If you walk down any hallway or into any classroom, you will see posters of standards and expectations. Every room has the appropriate behavioral expectations enlarged on a 23” poster – even hallways and other common areas! Many of our teams have created their team schedule to help the students know where they need to be. All of this signage really helps us communicate to the students what is expected of them.

We know that highlighting student achievement is important and our Awards Maker helps us do that. We’ve created plaques and awards for the Book Battle and each team of teachers was able to give out exemplary awards at the end of the year awards ceremony last year. Our teachers receive plaques too! One of our teachers’ awards, “It’s All Good,” is handed out monthly by our administration to a teacher who has displayed commendable achievements. Another great thing about the Awards Maker is the output can be used for fundraising. We’ve just started creating bumper stickers and decals to sell before our sporting events. Not only do the bumper stickers help raise funds, but they also help promote school spirit!

“Our district currently owns a Poster Maker from VariQuest, so when a representative called asking us to try the Design Center and Cutout Maker, we knew the equipment would be well made and very durable. Purchasing the VariQuest Design Center and Cutout Maker has helped make bulletin board creation easier and quicker.
